And if you are looking on some beginner tutorials there are alot out there :)... Just search for "How to blend images in Paint Shop Pro".

Open your blended image.

Go image - grayscale.

Then go effects - plugins - virtual photographer with this setting:

Preset - Diffuse

Duplicate this layer.

Then go effects - plugins - toadies - plain mosaic with these settings:

Set the blend mode of this layer to light.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with a color of choice.

Set the blend mode of this layer to soft light.

Duplicate this layer.

Then go effects - plugins - toadies - rasterline with these settings:

Merge all layers visible.

Resize to your desire.

When done go adjust - sharpness - sharpen.

Now make sure in the layers palette, that the merge image is one layer and not a background, if so convert to a raster layer.

Now go to your eraser tool, select your brush tip of choice(we wont be using the brush but the eraser instead).

Erase the outer edges of your merged layer to your liking.

Add a new raster layer, flood fill black and move this layer to the bottom.

Now go image - add borders with these settings:

symetrical 2, color black.

In your layers palette, convert the background layer to a raster layer.

Go image - resize canvas, and resize at these settings:

centered , and 50 pixels larger than your image width and height.

Now go effects - 3d effects - drop shadow with these settings:

h & v 0, opacity 50, blur 10, and color black.

Go to your crop tool, click on the merged opaque button, then the check mark.

Add a new raster layer, flood fill white, then move this to the bottom.

Now go to your text tool, click on the image so the text box comes up. Copy and paste your quote into the box.

Set the size and font to your choice, depending on the quote.

Position, and convert to a raster layer.

Now with your favorite font, add your name of choice.

Now go effects - 3d effects - drop shadow with these settings:

h & v 0, opacity 75, blur 5, and the color black.

Now Save it!

Ta Da! You're Done!
